When making a booking, we take a 50% deposit. This payment is non-refundable.  If your stay starts within in the following 24 hours, we may take the full payment as a deposit, which covers your entire stay with us.

Cancelling all or part of a booking does not entitle you to a full or partial refund. 

If you cancel at least 14 days for camping or 21 days for chalet holidays before the due arrival date, then you are entitled to carry your deposit onto another set of dates, where available, for that calendar year. Deposits may not be carried over to a following season and would be forfeited.

Cancelling within 14 days of arrival for touring holidays or 21 days for chalet holidays, will forfeit your paid booking deposit. Furthermore, you are not able to re-use your paid deposit to book later dates. 

These terms are final, and deposits will not be refunded in any circumstance, not limited to bad weather, poor camping conditions, ill health, unforseen circumstance, or any other events outside of our control.

Any deposits and payments made may be refunded, if the purpose of cancellation is instigated by ourselves, such as severe weather not permitting us to open or government guidelines directing us to close.

By booking with us, you are agreeing to these terms.
